The Parks and Recreation Committee is looking for volunteers to help with the Great Plant Transplant on Saturday September 26 starting at 9 am in Oswalt Park on the corner on Main and Prairie. (If it’s raining that date will move to October 3). Downtown Vicksburg streets will be getting a major face-lift next year…
