- Public Hearing: Motion, Support and approval to enter into Public Hearing that has been properly noticed to our public reference State of Michigan Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Mike Swartz, engineer assigned to Village of Vicksburg will make presentation. This is procedural step in process of potentially securing loan/grant from State of Michigan for lead line replacements.

- Resolution 05012023-01: Adopting a final project planning document for water system improvements. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval of this resolution.
- IT Services Contract for 2023-2024 FY Year. Staff is recommending a motion, support and approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with I.T. Right (A VC3 Company) to continue to provide IT Services to the Village of Vicksburg for $7,975.00. The Contract has 2 additional years (revocable with 90-day notice) for amounts that will be presented in those fiscal years. ($11,563.00 24/25 and $16,320 25/26).
- Taplin CCTV work on Sewer System: This contract will dedicate 10,000 (10%) ft of our sewer lines will be inspected each year beginning in 2023-2024. This routine maintenance has not historically been done. The services will include jetting, traffic adder, off road adder, and root cutting. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract not to exceed $10,000.00 with Taplin to provide these Services to the Village during the 2023-2024 FY. This is Sewer Fund investments.

- Housing Grant Update: Six (6) applications have been submitted and moving to next step in process of having an energy audit conducted on their residences and finalize what improvements will be made.
