COUNCIL ACTION: Staff Recommends: Motion to support and approve the Village Manager to submit each of the grant opportunities discusses and incorporate the listed Parks and Recreation proposals and associated amounts of investments into the 2021-2022 FY Budget.

   1. Defined Benefit Pension (Two Current Employees who pay 5%)

COUNCIL ACTION: Staff Recommends: Motion to support and approve the Village Manager to incorporate the listed retirement pension benefits into the 2021-2022 FY Budget and approve the 2 MERS resolutions.

 

1. 2021-2022 FY Budget: Siegfried Crandall

 

COUNCIL ACTION: Staff Recommends: Motion to support and approve the Village Manager to incorporate the investment of Siegfried Crandall to provide monthly support to the Village of Vicksburg financial team within the 2021-2022 FY Budget.

 

1. MERS Adoption Addendum Approval

 

COUNCIL ACTION: Staff Recommends: Motion to support the MERS Adoption Addendums and approve the Village Manager to submit signed copies of the addendums to MERS.

COUNCIL ACTION: Staff Recommends: Approval of the resolution indicating the 2021-2022 FY Village of Vicksburg Parks Rules.
