Vicksburg governmental meetings are now held at the new municipal building.  Entrance to the building is off of Richardson St, just North of the Vicksburg Water Tower.  Due to demolition of the old building, there is limited parking.  Over-flow parking can be located on Kalamazoo Ave. or Davis St.

• Village Council Action Items:
  1. Agreement between the County of Kalamazoo reference Household Hazardous Waste program. Staff is recommending a motion, support and roll-call for approval to budget $2,500.00 as the portion of Vicksburg commitment to this program.  Kalamazoo County is contributing $1,215.00 to bring the total to $3,715.00 for the 2024 calendar year for Village of Vicksburg residents.
  2. Staff is recommending a motion, support and roll-call approval for the Village Manager to sign an Engineering Services Letter of Engagement for the calendar year 2024.
  3. Village Trustee Appointment to the Planning Commission: President Frisbie will nominate with a majority support from Council via roll-call vote.
  4. Angels Crossing Tree Removal to Improve Course Conditions: Staff is recommending a motion, support and roll call approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Romans Reliable Tree Service LL for tree removal for Holes 3/7, 8, 17, 18 will improve conditions not to exceed $29,000.00
  5. Improved cart paths for Angels Crossing. A 4 year plan has been established to update, improve and add cart paths to Angels Crossing.  Staff is recommending a motion, support and roll call approval to authorize the Village Manager to enter into a contract in the amount not to exceed $65,000.00 for Phase I of this project.

1. 1. 402 West Prairie St. Site Plan will be presented to the Planning Commission on February 12, 2024. Copy is attached to packet.
   2. Summitted to State of Michigan EGLA TMF LSLR Grant in the amount of $600,000.00 to identify all location with lead-lines within the Village.
   3. Update on Fire Station Roof Condition and Fire Lease Status
   4. Update on red barn demo at Leja Park Farmhouse property.
