- Centennial Neighborhood Original Development: Crack Fill, Chip Seal, Fog Seal 1.77 Miles of roadway within neighborhood. $91,590.00 and will be financed with State of Michigan Local Road Fund (203) Dollars. No General Fund Tax Dollars needed.
- Trillium Neighborhood (Remaining Portion of neighborhood to complete): Crack Fill, Chip Seal, Fog Seal .79 miles of roadway within the neighborhood. $46,420.00 and will be finances with State of Michigan Local Road Funds (203) dollars. No General Fund dollars needed.
- Glascock Neighborhood Development (22nd St at Christian Ave) Crack Fill, chip seal, fog seal .43 miles of neighborhood streets. $32,837
- The Prairies Parkhouse Lane St etc. Crack Fill, Chip Seal, Fog Seal .54 miles of neighborhood roads. $32,352

- Police CIP:
- Police vehicle and officer body worn cameras. Motorola Solutions Watchguard system for in-car and officer body worn cameras. The existing system is in end-of-life cycle and software is no longer supported. This will outfit all 4 police vehicles and all 6 sworn officers (Police Chief, Sergeant, and 4 officers). This is an amount not to exceed $27,500.00. Funding will be from the following sources: 24/25 FY General Fund $5,000.00, CIP Police Capital Assignments 977-083 – $10,000.00 CIP VH Capital 977-000 $12,500.00.
- Police Vehicle In-Car Radar Speed Indicating Device (2): This will outfit 2 of the 4 patrol vehicles with updated speed radar equipment: $8,000.00. Funding will be CIP Police 977-083 $8,000.00. No 24/25 FY Funds needed.
- DPW CIP:
- 2024 Chevrolet Medium Duty Truck: Cab and Chassis Diesel GVWR 12,500 lbs min (Payload 5,500lbs) Regular Cab Dump Truck Bed All-Purpose Truck that will replace the 1990 leaf truck that has exceeded its life span. This truck estimated life span is 25 years. State of Michigan MiDeals pricing is $48,860.00 for the Cab and Chassis and an additional estimated $23,500.00 for the dump bed. Total not to exceed $74,000.00. Funding will be from the following source: CIP 204-441-977-011 $74,000.00. No 24/25 FY Funds needed.
