- The request of Pearson’s Properties, LLC (property owner Patrick & Angela Pearson) for special land use approval consideration in order to construct a car wash building at the unaddressed property with parcel number 15-18-173-010. The subject parcel is located at the southeast corner of North Richardson Street and East Vine Street and is approximately 0.49 acres in size. The operation of a car wash is considered a special land use in the C-2, Commercial Zoning District. Special Land Uses are regulated by Part 3 of the Village of Vicksburg Zoning Ordinance (Sections 475-24 to 475-28).
