NOTICE OF HEARING
Industrial Facilities Exemption Application
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village Council of the Village of Vicksburg has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Monday, March 16 2026, at the regular Board meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall located at 126 N. Kalamazoo Ave., Vicksburg, Michigan, on an application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, pursuant to Michigan Public Act No. 198 of 1974, as amended, for Miniature Custom Manufacturing, LLC located at North Leja Dr. (vacant land), Vicksburg, Michigan.
As required by statute, you are hereby notified that you have the opportunity to be heard at that time with respect to said application. The Village of Vicksburg will provide necessary accommodations and/or auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for hearing impaired person and audio tapes of printed materials being considered, to persons with disabilities at the meeting, hearing or program upon seven (7) days prior notice. Persons with disabilities requiring such accommodation or auxiliary aids or services should notify by mail the Village of Vicksburg by contacting Christian Wines, Clerk, by telephone at (269) 649-1919 or apply in person at the Village Hall.
A copy of the application is on file in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, for inspection during regular office hours.
