i. Cruisin’ the Street Sweets LLC & Hall N Weenies (2 Separate): Vicksburg Rocket Football Dates: Sept.: 6, 13, 20, 27, Oct 4, 11, 18, 25/ Staff Recommends approving. Both vendors will pay $75 for each date.

11. Village Council Action Items:
a. Approval of Updated BLIGHT ORDINANCE. The Village Attorney and staff is recommending adopting of an updated BLIGHT Ordinance. The ordinance will become effective 20 days following publication after adoption.
b. DPW CIP Budgeted Item: Automotive Lift from Future Automotive Warehouse. A 12K Two-Post lift to lift DPW Vehicles for repairs and maintenance. The lift will be installed in the newest DPW building (red One). Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval. This was budget for the 2025-2026 FY.
c. Approval of proposal from Prein&Newhof to complete the design phase of the Parking Lot behind the S Main St buildings on the West side of the road. This is related to the MEDC grant award of $635,000.00. The contract is not to exceed $71,300.00 Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval to have the village manager enter into this agreement. It is estimate that engineering deign will be completed in late Fall and the project will go to competivite bid in December.
