- Citizen Comments Agenda and Non-Agenda Items – Citizens must state their full name and home address per Village Council rules. Time limited to 4 minutes.
- 2023-2024 FY Budget Amendments and Approval of Administrative Expense
- Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval of transferring administrative expense from the Brownfield Fund to the General Fund. This is a transfer that is made each year and covers the expense of staff’s involvement in Brownfield items.
- Approval of 2024-2025 FY Brownfield Budget
- Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval of the proposed 2024-2025 FY Brownfield budget
- Approval; of Brownfield Grant to Pay Phase I and Phase II Environmentally testing required for Car Wash Development on N. Richardson. This grant will reimburse the developer, Patrick Pearson, the cost of Phase I ($3,200.00) and Phase II ($9,500.00) environmental ground testing. The developer has paid for the testing and it has been completed. The reimbursement will only occur if the development’s site plan is approved by the Planning Commission, and the developer completes the project. It will be paid within 30 days of the BURG Car Wash opening for business.
- Staff Recommendation: Approval to reimburse the developer a total of $12,500.00 for the expenses to have the ground environmentally testing at Parcel 39-15-18-173-010 SEC Richardson and Vine St. within 30 days of the development opening for business.
