- Close Session reference Real Estate: Staff recommends a motion, support, and roll call vote to enter closed session to receive legal opinion from Village Attorney under Section 8 (d) of the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268 (d), to discuss real estate property held by the Munciipal Building Authority.

- Return from Closed-Session: Motion, Support, Roll Call vote on approving attorney’s advice and actions. Staff recommends approval.
- USDA Bond Ordinance 311—Required for loan closing scheduled March 4, 2026
- This is a procedural process related to the infrastructure project scheduled to begin this Spring on Sprinkle Road. This does not impact on the current utility rates. Village Council approval is required by the USDA. Staff recommend a motion, support, and roll call vote to approve this Bond Ordinance.
- Village Rebranding
- Presentation by Staff on the proposed rebrand design. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and a roll call vote to approve the presented rebranding and to instruct the Image Shoppe to incorporate into the new website immediately, with the goal of having the website functional by April 1, 2026.
- Stationary Radar Signs (2) placed on North bound traffic side of Silver Street upon entering the Village of Vicksburg and on South Bound Richardson St. entering the Village of Vicksburg. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll call vote to approve the Police Chief entering into an agreement with Elan City in the amount of $7,000.00 for the 2 devices. These are the same as the 3 stationary speed signs that we put up 18 months ago.
- Replace the Air Compressor for the Dry Sprinkler Fire Suppression System at Angels Crossing Golf Course. The original compressor was not installed to the recommended specifications. This proposed compressor is. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval for the Village staff to enter into a contract with Fredrick Construction to purchase and install the compressor.
- 202 E Highway Rezoning
- Application from Walter-Dimmick Petroleum seeks to rezone the property at 202 East Highway Street from R-2 to C-2, Commercial, in order to facilitate the redevelopment of the Shell Gas Station to incorporate state-of-the-art environmental under and above ground components as well as creating a larger, safer, more efficient space to operate. (Please see Mckenna Memo and Staff Memo within packet). The Planning Commission supports the approval to rezone the property to C-2.
