c. 300 W. Prairie Kepco Properties, LLC Site Plan Review Application. Enlarge
garage at 300 W. Prairie by 319 Sq Ft and add parking to the West &North of
garage to convert to a commercial business.
d. Industrial Lot at Leja Park: Scheduled to present potential sale at October
Municipal Building Authority meeting.
IX. DDA Action Items:
a. DDA Grant Applications are on website and have been distributed.
b. Boundary fence has been put in place in front of Distant Whistle.
c. October 14th 2023 Saturday 3:00 pm – 8:30 PM BURG’s Birthday Party.
