1. Village Council Action Items:

1. Enter into closed-session, per MCL 15.268(f) for the purpose to review job applications for the village manager position.  This will require a motion, support, and a 2/3 roll-call vote.
   1. Taplin Group: Sanitary sewer cleaning and Televising – PACP Inspections.  Staff is recommending a motion, support, and a roll-call vote approving the Village Manager to sign a contract with Taplin Group, LLC to clean and video record ten percent of the sanitary lines in the Village.  We are in 4^th year of this routine maintenance of our entire system.  We inspect 10% each year with the 10 year program. The cost was competitively bid for municipalities within Kalamazoo County and is the same as last year.

   1. UPDATE: The Mill Group – activation of The Mill property in 2027 discussions.
   1. UPDATE: Sprinkle Road Project – Proceeding back on schedule, however, other utilities within work area have slowed project within the past few days.
   1. UPDATE: Parking Lot Project – Light Polers and string lights will be installed prior to the end of the month.  We will be scheduling an official ribbon cutting opening.
