- Resolution 12042023-01: A resolution authorizing publication of notice of intent to issue revenue bonds, pursuant to Act 94, Public Acts of Michigan 1933, as amended, and declaration of intent to reimburse in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 reference the water-main and lead line project commonly referred to as the neighborhood North of the Vicksburg Middle School. This project is a $3.1M project previously approved by the Village Council and has a $1.2M grant from Kalamazoo County, as well as the $370K Village of Vicksburg ARPA funds committed to it.
- Resolution 12042023-02: A resolution authorizing publication of notice to issue and sell revenue bonds, pursuant to Act 94, Public Acts of Michigan, 1933, as amended, in an amount not to exceed $8,000,000.00 for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost to acquire, construct, furnish, and equip additions, extensions, and improvements to the Village’s sanitary sewer system in a project commonly referred to as The Sprinkle Road connection to the City of Portage.
