12. Village Council Action Items
    • Demolition of Barn just West of Leja Park Industrial Park. The Village owns the Leja Park Farm House and Barn.  The barn has deteriorated to an unsafe condition.  Staff is recommending a motion, support and approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Fredrick Construction to be the project manager to oversee the demolition, project administration, oversight, and scheduling of NESHAP testing for an amount to not exceed $10,993.95.  *Please note if ACM remediation is needed, the cost is not included in the estimate and that portion, depending on amount, will come to Council for approval or be reported at future Council meeting.
