- Ice-Burg Festival. Closing of Main St (Washington – Prairie) and Prairie St (Michigan Ave – Kalamazoo) from 11 am – 8 pm to re-establish the Ice-Burg Festival with all day family activities. Chamber of Commerce.

- West Prairie Street Bridge Repairs: Fredrick’s Construction being Construction Manager. $7,800.00 *See Attachment. Staff recommends a motion, support and approval to allow the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Fredrick’s Construction to be the construction manager reference the repairs to the West Prairie Street Bridge.
- Village Manager Presentation: Water System Improvements Water Main and Lead-Line Replacements: Contract with Prein&Newhof for engineering services amount not to exceed $104,800.00. Staff recommends a motion, support and approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Prein&Newhof for Water-Main and Lead-Line replacements on the following streets: State, Division, Vine, Rose, Wilson, Elm, and Pearl.
- Playground Mulch for under children’s playground structures at Sunset Lake Beach Park and Clark Park. Labor included. Superior Ground Cover $6,400.00. Staff recommends a motion, support and approval to allow the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Superior Ground Cover to place playground mulch under the children’s play structures within Sunset Lake Beach Park and Clark Park.
- Pavement Stripping: Contract with PK Contracting to pavement strip multiple crosswalks, Streets, and parking stripping in Sunset Lake Park. $5,627.08. Staff recommends a motion, support, and approval to allow the Village Manager to enter into a contract with PK Contracting to not exceed $5,627.08.
- DPW Building Fence: Farm & Garden $12,400.00 to construct remove and dispose of existing wood fence, furnish and install Trimax II Vinyl fence and gate.
- Village Manager Presentation: Social District Improvements on hours, boundary, and ability of non-alcoholic stores to allow social district cups inside their businesses.
- Village Manager Presentation: Planning Commission/DDA Property Improvement Grant Program Approval. Staff recommends a motion, support, and approval to implement the Property Improvement Grant Program. *See Attachment
