1. 2021-2022 Village Roadwork to be completed in the 2021-2022 FY –
   250. Mills St. and Prairie St. Mill and resurface with 2” of new asphalt. $36,250.00 Major Street Fund
   251. 22^nd St. Last Section to be completed $58,642.00 Major Street Fund

 

Staff is recommending a motion and support to approve the Village Manager into entering a contract with Rieth-Riley. This will be completed by June 30, 2022 as the company is in town paving Washington St.

 

1. 2022-2023 FY Item: Repave Clark Park Parking Lot at Washington St

 

Competitive bids were received, and staff is recommending a motion, support and approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Michigan Paving for $11,500.00.  This money will be debited to Parks and Recreation 101-571-900-000 Capital Investment Code.

   1. Curbs Installed on Washington St. and Road Construction initiated on Washington St. Michigan, and Mills St.
   2. Downtown road stripping by May 23^rd. Temporary Handicap Signs put in place today (May 2) on Main St and Prairie St.
2. DPW Barn –Cement floor installed. Approach Pad ($13,500 – Change Order) May 16^th, Bay doors by May 20, 2022. Completion by May 31, 2022
3. Oswalt Park – Sidewalks, including colored sidewalk by fireplace completed and trellis bar construction initiated.
4. Gran Re-Opening of Downtown and Oswalt Park set for Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 4:30 PM. VIP invites sent May 3, 2022.
