Staff is recommending a motion and support to approve the Village Manager into entering a contract with Rieth-Riley. This will be completed by June 30, 2022 as the company is in town paving Washington St.
- 2022-2023 FY Item: Repave Clark Park Parking Lot at Washington St
Competitive bids were received, and staff is recommending a motion, support and approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Michigan Paving for $11,500.00. This money will be debited to Parks and Recreation 101-571-900-000 Capital Investment Code.

- Oswalt Park – Sidewalks, including colored sidewalk by fireplace completed and trellis bar construction initiated.
- Gran Re-Opening of Downtown and Oswalt Park set for Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 4:30 PM. VIP invites sent May 3, 2022.
