d. Prien Newhof Professional Engineering Services: Water Reliability Study Update. This is required by the State of Michigan and Vicksburg is expected to file a report on subject by November 2025. Staff is recommending a motion, support and roll call vote to approve the village manager to enter into a contract with PN for this service for an amount not to exceed $11,800.00.
