c. Fire Station Roof Funding: Recommend motion, support, and approval to fund the replacement of the fire station roof. Fredrick Construction is overseeing this project. It is estimated that the project will not exceed $150,000.00 dollars and that the SKCFA will propose at their July meeting to pay 33% (not to exceed $50K). Recommendation is to have a motion, support, and roll-call vote to approve up to $150,000.00 to replace the roof at the fire station building. Pending their board vote we will be reimbursed up to $50K. If this request is not approved, we will be increasing the rent to offset the expense. This will be funded with General Fund dollars in the 2025-2026 FY.
