11. Village Council Action Items:
    1. Downtown Parking Lot Bids: Fredrick’s Construction is the owner agent and opening bids that were received after a 30-day open-bid process. The original estimate for the project was $1.264M and due to the efforts of the team at Fredrick’s proposal $1.235M. It is important to note that this includes a 10% contingency on the project. The project is funded by an MEDC $632K grant, $100K DDA Funds, $250K Act 51 Funincludes5K General Funds.  This is one of the last pieces of the downtown make-over project.  Staff is recommending final approval to award the contracts and begin the project ASAP.  Completion date is expected prior to July 1, 2026.  Motion, Support, Roll Call vote.
    2. Village Ordinance updates and approval: Village Staff is recommending an approval of the recommended updates to the Village Council Zoning Ordinances and Maps. This has received unanimous approval and support from the Planning Commission and has been reviewed with input from our Village Attorney.  Recommend a motion, support, and roll call vote.
