The Village of Vicksburg recognizes the importance of open communication and community involvement regarding the proposed Mill Concert Series.

Village Manager Jim Mallery will be hosting three opportunities this week for residents and interested citizens to meet directly with him to share their thoughts, express concerns, ask questions, and provide input regarding the proposed concert series.

– 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

These meetings are intended to provide an opportunity for open dialogue between citizens and the Village Manager. Mr. Mallery will be available to listen to community perspectives, receive feedback, and attempt to answer questions regarding the proposed concert series and the Village’s review process.

Please note: These are informal meetings with the Village Manager, and no Village Council Trustees will be in attendance. These meetings are intended solely for information sharing, discussion, and gathering citizen input. No official Village Council action or decisions will take place.

The Village understands that the proposed concert series is a topic of considerable community interest, and we believe it is important that citizens have opportunities to be heard and have their questions addressed.

Additional opportunities to meet with the Village Manager will be announced on Monday, October 26, 2026.
