a. Cancelled: A scheduled Public Hearing has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for September and have another public notice for the date to be held.
b. Short background presentation on PUD agreement with The Mill Group.
c. The open PC/DDA position is open until Thursday, August 13th, 2026 for citizens to apply for and a person will be nominated by President Frisbie at the August 17, 2026 Village Council meeting to be sworn in at the September PC/DDA meeting.
7. DDA Action Items
a. BUSKING in the BURG started. We have organized Busking in the BURG for Thursday nights 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM as a way to draw people in our downtown district. We will have busking until end of September. The cost is $200 per week.
